With my crazy work schedule, hello budgeting, I try to be prepared. I at least need an idea of what I'm throwing on the table!! Let's be real, fast food and vending machines suck real fast and aren't good for fueling my body. That's something else I learned this year was to FUEL MY BODY. I was under eating or overeating. I'm in the medical field and I work so flipping hard. I wasn't feeding myself properly and my energy tanked completely. I have high goals for working out, and getting out of this beginner runner stage. Not eating enough is not an option.
My lunches need to be quick, somewhat healthy, and satisfying.
I am going to get this blog going on my journey of what I'm doing in 2020 with my self, and my family. That is exactly what this is is my journey. I'm sharing this with high hopes that I can see progress and improvement in my life!
I'm going to talk budgeting on here. That is a huge area in my life that if it's good, it's good. If it's bad, it's really bad. Let's GOOOOOOO!!
